New Haven, Connecticut – March 9, 2007 - Woodbridge, LLC., an innovative middle market mergers and acquisitions firm, is pleased to announce the sale of The Ski Barn, Inc. to R&R Sports Company, LLC.

Woodbridge represented The Ski Barn in the transaction, the largest ski and snowboard rental company in the East, with five locations in West Virginia and Virginia. The buyer, R&R Sports, operates a number of similar ski-related stores in Utah and Colorado.

"We marketed The Ski Barn, as we do all of our sell-side clients, using proprietary and purchased databases to contact over 3,000 prospective buyers, a marketing video of the company, blind advertising in select journals and our website, which sees 200,000 visitors a year."

Woodbridge completed the transaction within nine months of bringing the company to market.
