Woodbridge Closes Dibble/Clear Automation Deal

Woodbridge Group is pleased to announce the recapitalization of Clear Automation.

Clear Automation specializes in the design, engineering, fabrication and installation of integrated robotic and machine vision systems. The company manufactures a variety of custom automated assembly and packaging machinery for a broad range of industries including personal care products, medical devices, automotive, electronics and machine components.

This was the second deal Woodbridge closed with Mr. Dibble. His former company, Metalform, a specialty products manufacturer, was sold in early 2009. Mr. Dibble will be involved in the day-to-day operations of Clear Automation, along with its existing management.

Woodbridge, LLC., an international M&A firm, was founded in 1993 to provide divestiture and acquisition services to middle market companies.
