Exhibits At ACG Boston’s Growth Conference 2010

New Haven, Connecticut – June 16, 2010 – Woodbridge’s North American headquarters and European office joined forces to present the firm’s recent achievements and capabilities at last week’s Boston Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth’s (ACG) annual conference.
Woodbridge’s presentation to the hundreds of private equity groups attending the conference focused on the firm’s experience in finding add-on acquisitions for portfolio companies. In addition Woodbridge provided updates to ACG members on its 2010 completed and pending deal closings, current transactions in progress, and the firm’s global reach across Europe, South America and Asia on behalf of its sell-side and buy-side clients.
Representing Woodbridge (right side of table, top-to-bottom) were: Dimitar Frangov, senior associate, and Dirk-Jan Vorger, senior vice president of Woodbridge Europe’s Netherlands office, Robert Koenig, president of Woodbridge and Zachary Koenig, analyst.
Woodbridge, LLC., an international M&A firm, was founded in 1993 to provide divestiture and acquisition services to middle market companies.
