Dirk-Jan Vorgers  
Senior Vice President, Europe

Prior to joining Woodbridge, Dirk-Jan was a principal of the Vorgers Bower Group, an international consulting firm providing advisory services on business development and mergers and acquisitions. There he managed numerous international M&A transactions involving businesses across a range of industries, as well as developing new Web-based applications to improve the due diligence process. Woodbridge clients benefit from Dirk-Jan’s extensive international experience and technical expertise. He holds a Master degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from the University of Twente, The Netherlands, where he specialized in Logistics and International Management. He also recently earned a CM&AA (Certified Mergers & Acqusition Advisor) Certificate from Loyola University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business.

Sjors van Vorstenbos  
Analyst, Europe

Sjors conducts buy-side searches for (mainly U.S. based) private equity firms and also markets Woodbridge’s U.S.-based sell-side clients throughout Europe. Before joining Woodbridge, Sjors worked as a business development manager at a university spin-off company, were he was responsible for the sourcing of funds. In this position Sjors gained expertise in the agricultural and environmental industries. Prior to that, Sjors worked as accountant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He holds a BA in Business Economics.

Wouter Markslag  
Associate Analyst, Europe

Wouter conducts buy- and sell-side searches for European and U.S. companies. Prior to joining Woodbridge, Wouter studied at the University of Groningen, where he holds a MSc. degree in International Business with a specialization in International Strategic Alliances & International Management. Wouter also studied at the John Molson School of Business in Montreal, Canada as part of an exchange programme.
